2014年7月14日我們召開了奧比亞全體管理人員總結大會。總結過去,奧比亞人在經過半年的努力耕耘,取得了豐富的碩果,臉上都洋溢着收獲的喜悅;展望未來,奧比亞人精心計劃下半年的工作,随時準備迎接挑戰。

董事長在聽取完所有部門領導的工作彙報後,非常開心,用心地對大家的總結做了點評,對大家所取得的成績給予了充分的肯定,同時也對提出來的問題做了分析和指示,最後董事長真誠教導大家用心做事,用愛做人,不說消極話、不做負面事,在奧比亞開心工作,快樂工作!

奧比亞時間11月14日、16日、19日 中午12點20分,奧比亞分别舉行三場籃球比賽。參賽團隊共三支隊伍,分别是:火箭隊(3樓)、陸軍隊(2樓)、戰備隊(1樓)。 

第一場由火箭隊(3樓)和陸軍隊(2樓)巅峰對決。在前兩節中,陸軍隊一路處于領先,尤其是天賦滿滿的林昌鋒逆天投籃,絕佳精湛的球技,讓一行觀衆發出震撼尖叫聲、喝彩不已,全場拿下二十分。兩軍相逢,勇者勝。火箭隊在比分暫時落後的情況下,緊咬不舍,勇猛交鋒,隊員們越打越有狀态,手感利好,在磨合大幅改觀基礎上,上演帽子戲法,在李總沖鋒下,少帥猛挑衆好漢,球員的巧妙配合下,迎來比分的反超,合力砍下十七分。盧金文獻出十三分。這時,陸軍隊感到恐怖和壓力。在火箭隊長臨時調整換人狀态下,火箭隊神勇無比,冠絕全場。首場比賽以55:44,火箭隊(3樓)勝出。是役,陸軍隊(2樓)有個男神叫林昌鋒。 

第二場由戰備隊(1樓)和陸軍隊(2樓)豪情火拼。一開場,那個男神一上來就是三記兩分,陸軍隊(2樓)來個喜人的開門紅。輕傷不下火線。個别勇士在拼搶中擦傷膝蓋,眉頭不皺一下,繼續全力以赴。有的隊員鞋帶脫落,也友好提醒注意安全。賽中,本場比賽戰備隊(1樓)兩位勇士表現搶眼,王文标貢獻單場十五分,王元勇緊随其後十四分。而林昌鋒表現依然搶眼,砍下單場最高分二十四分,力壓群雄。經過一個小時鏖戰,陸軍隊(2樓)取得本場比賽勝利,以49:41結束本輪比賽。此戰, 郭學文憑借先天異禀,擁有像姚明一樣的高度,拿下傲人的十四個籃闆,活生生澆滅了無數次戰備隊的火苗。 

第三場比賽由火箭隊(3樓)和戰備隊(1樓)火線接觸。“冬”風吹,戰鼓擂,天公也作美,天氣預報說下雨,結果天氣晴好。“無團隊,不成功。”這句話在戰備隊(1樓)再次得到印證。本輪比賽中,王文标和王元勇堪稱最佳拍檔,分别拿下三十四分和十一分。在這骁勇善戰的強勁對手面前,李總寶刀不老,祭出十八般武藝,力克對手,拼搶出三十分。隊友盧金文攻下六個籃闆,武出十九分,為最終鎖定勝局增色不少。最後,火箭隊(3樓)以微弱優勢驚險取勝戰備隊(1樓),比分為65:64。 

無團隊,不成功。在本次籃球運動會中,奧比亞家人秉承一貫的團結和拼搏精神,在感恩文化号召下,團結在宋董領導下的大家庭,一如既往,勇猛直前。

流火的七月,驕陽似火,揮汗如雨,但奧比亞的家人們不怕酷暑,努力工作、不斷拼搏,現交上了一份完美的答卷,相比6月産能提升了20%,同時還湧現了一批優秀家人。

月産值第一:生産一車間1組,組長肖小剛,7月産值101942元,組員19人;而月初制定的目标是:組員23人,月産值95680元.在肖小剛的帶領下,1組員工齊心協力,超額完成任務。

月産量第一:生産二車間4組,組長李小女,7月産量12270隻。

月準交率100%:生産二車間2組,組長劉純兵,7月做到12款訂單全部保質、保量、準時入庫。

 5S現場管理也是生産管理的重中之重,7月進步最大、做得最好的則是油邊組,組長陳林。


7月也是一個值得歡喜的月份不少學子經過十二年寒窗苦讀,終于金榜題名,取得高考狀元之稱。同樣奧比亞也有幾位家人,靠努力、拼手藝,拿到了7月奧比亞工廠的狀元

    第一名:黎建紅生産一車間4組),無愧于高手中的高手,不論在哪個組别,哪個崗位,都能拿第一,7月計件績效薪資9973;

    第二名:尹寶玉生産二車間4組),入職不到兩個月, 7月計件績效薪資9326;

         第三名:盧勇剛生産一車間1組)7月計件績效薪資達9018
